Smart Property Investments 2000 Limited reviews, acquires and manages residential property. We work on our own portfolio and on behalf of clients, and we apply the same assessment discipline to both.
Each candidate property is assessed for location, condition, improvement potential and market suitability. Where a figure is used, the assumption behind it is recorded, and where something cannot be confirmed without an inspection, we say so rather than fill the gap.
How we assess a property
Four criteria are applied to every property: location, condition, improvement potential and market suitability.
What we do
We review residential property opportunities, set out the points that matter for each one, and manage the properties we hold.
Day-to-day work covers rent and expenditure records, void periods and renewals, maintenance coordination and periodic review. Reporting sets out what has happened to each property and what the current position is, so that decisions are taken on the record rather than on recollection.
